Tartu Ulikool

The Library of the University of Tartu are digitising and publishing digitised materials, long-term preservation and publishing of electronic-born materials such as dissertations, learning materials etc. Their institutional repository is the principal one among Estonian universities. Their registered with data-providers such as ROAR, Oaister and Base. Over 90% of items are OA compliant. Their working plans for the nearest future: Open Journal System implementation as publishing platform with capability to export into repository for long-term preservation.
